Pros

I liked the project that I was working on and the people I worked with.

Cons

Management was horrible and very disorganized. Appraisals were bizarre and wouldn't lead to salary adjustments.

Pros

There are no pros with this company! This is by far the worst company I have ever been employed by.

Cons

Company is in financial distress. They expect us to pay for company related expenses & even if it’s pre-approved they delay reimbursements for months. The CEO is extremely greedy and has no investment in any of his employees. He expects us to work holidays, weekends and 10-12 hour days & still he’s not satisfied. He does not have any integerty. He is always searching for dirt on our competitors and threatens to fire us if we refuse to pass the information he has gathered to their clients. My paycheck with everyone else’s bounced today!
