Pros

The team whilst I was at Flame were great. I would have left much sooner if it wasn’t for them.

Cons

Really awful place to work with a toxic work culture. The CEO is seriously manipulative and preys on her employees weaknesses. Poor corporate governance. This is not a normal or healthy place to work.

Flame PR Response

Clearly we are sorry to receive this feedback but it was good to hear about the great team which has always been a key aspect of working for Flame PR. Culture is the responsibility of all the senior team and capability gaps at the time have now been resolved. Our corprate governance is something we take very seriously and we work hard to provide a great place to work and opportunity for all employees.

Pros

Working here was an very valuable experience. Kully, a former BBC business journalist, provides some of the best hands-on media relations training you can get in the industry, genuinely unmatched for anyone serious about sharpening their PR craft. The culture is dynamic, fast-paced, and fun. It attracts young, ambitious professionals who thrive in an environment where you’re encouraged to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow. The client mix leans strongly toward B2B, making it an excellent place for anyone looking to elevate their career in B2B PR and gain exposure to complex, high-impact accounts.

Cons

Like many consultancies, there is an "up or out" culture and staff are expected to stretch and grow, meaning if you want to coast by, this is not the place for you

Pros

I have worked with the agency for a decade, and it has been a rewarding experience. The agency provides its clients with strategically focused communications that enhances clients' reputation and creates opportunities driving revenue. The agency's CEO works closely with staff to ensure it has the necessary resources to solve communications challenges facing clients.

Cons

None that I can think of.
