- Working away you keep away from some of the politics

Cons

- Very little opportunity for job growth. - Low pay for the skills required to complete the task - Lack of direction for both the company and product development - Unqualified staff in senior positions lack both experience and commitment. - HR in Australia has no clue what they are doing and put minimal effort into interaction with staff. - More than 25% of the staff have left in the past 12 months.
