Great events and activities throughout the firm. Everyone is very friendly. The work load is good.

Pay raises and bonuses are not great. No room for advancement among administration.

Great communication between management and employees Firm geared toward growth in all fields of law Stellar reputation locally and nationally
Cons
PTO time is low considering it encompasses vacation, personal and sick time. Annual salary increases are minimal across the board and are not based on merit.
