      Great company. Although this is still a relatively new company, opportunities exist for growth in the Chicago market. Great culture and team.

      With any new company, learning curves and changes are inevitable, but that's with any company.

      There were none. Pay was okay if you want to make the same amount for the rest of your days

      No PTO, no relationships, just overall. horrible company to its people.

      Previous VP ruined everything

      Pros

      The people are great! We all enjoy each others company and helping our buildings.

      Cons

      Previous VP was terrible to the employees. Belittling, lying and basic mental abuse. We all have spoke about this to senior management and they did nothing. Left us to be broken down. Now that he is gone, everything is a mess. We are not getting bonuses and there is no communication about it. Not stable enough to stay. No housing discount.
