Several employees go above and beyond with no gratitude or recompense

Cons

Blame culture that is driven from the very top, expected to work additional hours at no additional pay, like a school yard tales constantly being told, currently running a recommend a friend scene but wouldn’t recommend an enemy

Very high turnover.. worked their way through local talent pool.. You will see the same jobs advertised all the time as people come in and quickly leave again

Cheap vape but better tasting brands available elsewhere

Cons

Poor pay, extremely high turnover of staff at well over 50% Senior management all snakes and face fits click. Had 5 Operations Directors in 3 years speaks volumes. Higher and fire policy to the extent that agencies struggle to find them new heads or cannon fodder No sick pay
