Refinanced Auto Loans for consumer's to decrease their interest rate as well as monthly payment.

I liked working with the customer and having the ability to lower their monthly bills to free up more money as well as save them a bunch of money in interest by refinancing.
Cons
The challenges of working at Fleet was learning different process, procedures and required additional paperwork when working with new lenders which could delay the loan completing.

Pros
Money is good if you put in a 70 hour work week. It's full commission and they warn you about it up front. Free soda is nice.
Cons
Weekends are mandatory. Minimum requirements just to hold onto your job keep going up. 2 months and you are out. Management says one thing and does another. Work environment sucks at best. No amount of money was worth this position. Pick a full commission job that doesn't throw you to the wolves.
