Fast promotion , lot of ships, easy to get chemical tankers, mostly Indian officers, salary on time

Cons

Sign off is biggest problem. If you want to stay at sea for long look for ownership company. Salary slightly less than other good companies. Less ships have internet

Gives chance to newbies , Work Environment good onboard, salaries on time , Gives fast joining as having good no. of ships , offices in many major cities across India

Cons

Salaries less as compared to other big companies , Bargain issues before joining , Very less ships having internet onbord , Nice but not best food, Sign off issues as collective crew change is always preferred.
