Great Startup Culture!

Pros

The people at FleetOps are intelligent and capable to bring great products to market. The work is ambiguous with tons of room to add value to the collective team through your individual contributions.

Cons

You will be expected to pivot quickly as priorities change. This isn't a con but more of a reality of working at a startup.

Pros

Had the opportunity to join the FleetOps team some months ago, and I am really liking what I have seen so far. Some points I would highlight: - Being new to the particular industry FleetOps operates in, I was amazed by the onboarding process that included a video tutorial on how the industry works for beginners. - The team is very gentle plus there are some really strong experienced engineers that makes for an amazing opportunity to level up my own skills. - There is a very clear commitment to build things with quality, which having been around some other startups I can say this is not really always the case elsewhere. - I have had great opportunities to contribute substantially with what I know and to have experience with and learn new things as well.

Cons

As it is usually the case with many startups that are some technical debts that need to be paid attention to, which I think gradually will be as I have seen some of these being tackled in the few months I am in.
