Cons

Management doesn't know who's actually working. Founders have their favourite people and they only listen and appreciate to them for the work you have done. Lack of value and respect you get for the work you have done and no one knows because favourite guy has taken the credit of your hard work.

Please dont join this organization if you are searching for a good company where you can work with proper work ethics, HR is nothing here HR is just for name, managers and management are worst. Requesting you to ignore this company.

Cons

Whole company is con, managers are HR and HR are just for name even they will not pay you properly cut off your salary, recruiter will say this is a nicest company in the world. Please dont join this organization

Earlier things were ok, Now days things are worst. 1. Earlier, things were manageable, but the situation has worsened significantly in recent times. 2. Excessive micromanagement is affecting productivity and morale. 3. There is no freedom to take independent decisions or use one’s own judgment. 4. Communication lacks clarity and directness, often leading to confusion. 5. There is visible partiality—some are treated respectfully, while others face rude behavior. 6. Poor hiring decisions—roles and responsibilities are unclear from the start. 7. No defined KRAs for Key Account Managers (KAM); being made to function like Customer Success roles. 8. Unrealistic expectations are set without proper product training or understanding. 9. Frequent misunderstandings arise due to lack of clear communication and guidance. 10. Escalation handling efforts are not acknowledged. 11. Improvement in account performance is ignored. 12. Genuine client feedback is often disregarded. 13. Internal optics and showcasing are prioritized over real work and outcomes. 14. Appraisals are minimal despite strong efforts and achievements. 15. Asked for higher salary and was demeaned instead of being evaluated against market benchmarks. 16. A negative perception was created about us without understanding the full situation. 17. Multiple employees have left the Enterprise Sales team due to ongoing management issues.
