Business outlook
Pros
Previously had a family like atmosphere. Very entrepreneurial and agile. I was hired in 2013 and my first 2 years there were exciting and full of challenges and growth.
Cons
But my last 2 years there were miserable, largely due to some unfortunate hiring decisions which really poisoned the pond, so to speak. Then, Fleuron was purchased by another company and they have continued the poor decision making. Morale has plummeted as the new culture seems to be "The beatings will continue until morale improves."
