Exposure to different HR areas, fluidity. Nice staff trying to survive by doing the right thing

Cons

Overwhelmed staff trying to meet obligations by plugging different holes in a leaking ship.. Work/staff ratio too high and evidenced by emails generated at 1:30+ am...

Pros

The location of the Company.

Cons

Very dysfunctional company. Management including owner doesn't communicate to their employees. Not enough staff to do all that needs to be done. Employees put in 100% and put in long hours but they aren't appreciated. High turnover in employees. The benefits cost to employees is high.

Supportive culture with a positive approach to technology

Pros

Flex HR has the best culture. The company has really grown since the pandemic for the better. We've adapted to working remotely and are better versed for it. The camaraderie between teams and employees is so refreshing to see. Everyone is so willing to help and offer support or information so that we can all be successful. Another Pro is that Flex HR supports career growth opportunities.

Cons

one con that is also a positive thing, is that our company believes in proactively staying ahead of technology, so when we add new tools, sometimes there is a learning curve to use the new tool or technology, however, these tools and technology will strengthen our work in the long run.
