Pros
Great product-market fit makes the sales process a breeze and our customers love us so you know you're providing them with something of value that's actually improving their business and making their lives easier! Remote-first team and autonomy are huge pluses that are forward thinking.
Cons
It's remote-first so there's no office snacks or coffee, but I make better coffee at home anyways so not a big deal. Also, I rather not commute than have to commute all for a free bagel.

Nice and smart co-workers Remote first Great benefits The software space is interesting yet challenging and even though this is a young company the prospects are really good and you can tell everyone is excited
