Remote work with an option for office space in Kuala Lumpur which lets you relax when times are tough.

Cons

The company heads into an abyss. Management does not understand the products company has on offer vs what is offered to the customers. This leads to rushing everyone into building solutions that do not exist. There is no clear direction, no company culture. Your job is safe only if you act as a yes-man.
