- Get to work closely with Founder - Experience of working at startup

Cons

- Employee policies are completely biased and unfair within the organisation. - No adequate WFH or leaves or flexibility to maintain your personal life - Office timings are usually of 12 hours at minimum - Everything is at the Founders discretion and it is useless raising concerns to the HR as the issues are never highlighted or passed onto them - No team culture or team building activities or employee engagement

- Freshers without any other option can try this - Remote job and decent pay

Cons

- Terrible/toxic work culture. Working closely with the founders can sometimes put your mental well-being in jeopardy - It's a remote job, but you can't work from any place. You must provide a base location and only work from there. - Hectic work hours - Worst leave policy - Founders have no empathy for their employees - No employee has ever left on good terms with the management
