Pros
Good life / work balance, an option to work remotely, very little bureaucracy. Reasonable salary. Ambitious and meritocratic management team.
Cons
Sometimes it felt like there is no focus on one killer product. Instead, we distributed our efforts among too many projects - some successful and some not so much.
