Pros

- Work Life Balance: Management ( HR Dept specifically ) tries their very best to promote work life balance at work. Make it a casual food treats from the Bosses up to drinking alcoholic beverages inside the premises ( Thirsty Thursday Event ), they have it. - Semi Flexible Working Hours: Yes, just semi. - Approachable People ( yes, I can include people from the Management too ): At least in my experience, you can always reach out to them whenever you have concerns. And in my experience too, they make sure to act on it as soon as they can. - Work From Home: They allow this as long as you have a valid reason to do so ( so make sure you are trust-worthy ). WFH is also allowed during bad weathers, transportation hike, etc. - Office Ambience: Because the office looks like a mix of Pan De Pugon and The Old Spaghetti House ( which I personally prefer so hooray for me! ), the semi rustic industrial theme with faux bricks on some office posts and walls makes the overall office feeling relaxed.

Cons

- Working Hours: This used to be REALLY FLEXIBLE ( for people from Software Engineering Dept -- as long as you deliver what you are expected to ) but then due to some "inconsiderate" creatures, the Management decided to implement that you complete the 9 hrs shift regardless of what department you are in. If you don't, you are definitely bound to a "tardiness deduction" depending on how many hours you under time. Company should definitely straighten this out. Like really! - Annual Increase: And when we say Annual, should be ANNUAL. And the bonus should be in line with how it is implemented in other companies or better yet, come up with a better one. This will surely promote more enthusiasm and dedication for all ( if not all ) employees. Because at the end of the day, Money is still Money! - Promotion: As unfortunate as it may sound, the reviews here re: promotion is real AF. No room for promotion -- as we all know, the company relies on small to medium sized ( maybe there are big ones too, but I don't know about that ) clients / businesses in AU where most of them needs fixed roles to do stuffs accordingly. - Career Stability / Security: If you are a hybrid human being and can do things as great as God, you could be in for a job security. Otherwise, when the project you are in is over and done, you only have three things to expect -- 1) You'd be transferred to a different project where your service is needed, 2) Do some internal projects which are ( or sometimes OUT of your skill set ) beneficial to the company, OR 3) You have to do a FORCED Resignation because someone from the Management does not like you ( and yes, I've witnessed this happened right before my very eyes, scary isn't it? ) - HMO: Do not apply in this company if you have plans of enrolling dependents under your HMO account. It's because they only cover the employee itself ( basic, right? ) -- so if you happen to be a family person, SD ( yes, Salary Deduction ) is what you gonna get if you want to your fambam to have their respective HMO's.

Pros

Flexible work schedule but depends on the client arrangements. Good compensation. Clients are polite and very appreciative.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and unskilled. Politics play a major role on company decisions. Management is not in any way knowledgeable about technology as they are being pulled from call center and services industry. They are only skilled in making promises and politicking. No job security. Project management is a total disappointment. Not even aware of the processes of the client and does not even know how to handle professional client-employee relationship. Management can make up policies according to their whims and will make issues so they can find a way for you to leave. They also think that developers were only milking cows. The management looked too clueless and too stupid about running an IT company. Management also are very eager to let go of the clients. Some clients were even turned off when talking to management because they are not at least of the same wavelength. Management is also unaware of how to read between the lines when dealing with clients. They are clueless as hell on the culture and character of the clients which translates to sometimes a more polite way of rejection being understood by management as an acceptance. Avoid at all cost.
