      Pros

      Company is always looking for ways to improve the business and work enviroment. Employees are incouraged to suggest inpovements to current operations. Also have company gatherings and a employee involment commitee. Company has also won a award for a great place to work.

      Cons

      Can't think of any at this time besides it is noisy with the machines running

      Pros

      Kind co-workers, clean and nice office, good location, responsive management, sense of ownership, engaging work, casual dress code, modern and innovative work tools and techniques.

      Cons

      In general, compensation and benefits are very good, the only thing missing is the inclusion of sick days. Otherwise, I cannot think of a single negative thing.

      Pros

      Everyone has a voice at Flexo Concepts. Collaborative thinking is encouraged to such a degree that we have a “submit idea” button on our desktops and employee suggestions are regularly implemented! Teamwork isn’t just a word at Flexo Concepts, it’s a way of life. We are a small company which means every single person is an active participant in our success. As an employee you feel valued and seen. Management takes pride in fostering a great work culture that is welcoming and supportive and encourages a healthy work/life balance. It also doesn’t hurt that dogs are welcome in the office!

      Cons

      I truly can’t think of one but if I did have a complaint, I would express it to management and it would be addressed and resolved!
