Pros

- Supportive and approachable leadership that encourages you to challenge yourself, grow professionally and take ownership of your work. - Meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real impact on clients, candidates and internal teams.

Cons

- The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, so adaptability and strong time management are key. - As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving — but leadership is receptive to feedback and open to improvement.

Pros

As someone who’s still relatively new, I’ve appreciated being part of such a supportive and inspiring team. Over the past few months, I’ve been continually impressed by the collaboration, inclusivity, and dedication of everyone I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Whether it’s tackling challenges together or celebrating wins, this is truly a great place to grow and contribute. The work has been interesting and diverse—every day brings something new, and I’m excited to keep learning and contributing to my role and team.

Cons

I don't have any at this time.

Pros

I've been with Flextrack for over 7 years and seen the growth trajectory in the last 4. Exciting product with great clients and a great team. I have supportive managers and I love the flexibility and autonomy this company grants me - which fits my work/life schedule. The work can be intense, but that also fits my personality as I perform well under pressure. I work 100% from home, with the occasional travel. I am also permitted to work remotely from a different country which was helpful when I needed to be out of Canada for personal family reasons. The company is growing exponentially but business decisions are still local and I appreciate the fact we can make quick decisions for the sake of the business's best interests - no internal red tape - just get the job done.

Cons

With huge growth - change can be challenging as with any organization. Patience is required. Up and down cycles - some days are longer than others but that's how it goes especially during implementation phases. Compensation and benefits is fair - though I wish there is RRSP matching contributions.
