Pros
Everyone is easy to get along with for the most part. They encourage open and honest communication, and not in the giant corporate sense, they really mean it. I feel I could call the CEO or my direct supervisor and be open and honest with them. The management genuinely cares.
Cons
As with any growing business, the organizational chart can sometimes become skewed. Career path is often fluid.

Benefits are good. Working in the Office, if you get too, is the best part
Cons
Management has no clue what is happening inside their teams. They fail to give proper guidance. They throw you in without swim lessons and expect you to swim. Constantly trying to find stuff to do. They throw you in terrible working conditions during shutdown and then insult you for lack of grit. Shutdowns are a mess because they have no structure. Workplace is a clique. They like Purdue people. They don't care about work life balance. They make you work Holidays, and long hours during shutdowns without proper rest. . If you work services, expect to never be at your house. They lie about travel time being 30%. Its more like 70%
