I have never felt so mistreated, under valued as I have working at Flink as an Engineer. The work culture is beyond toxic, managers do not help, they bully. Teamwork is non existent due to everyone trying to 'prove' themselves. This can get really tiring, everyone really seems in it for themselves. I could give countless examples to which I have been pushed to breaking limit in terms of workload. Managers or Leadership seem to have been dropped into roles without actually having the skills to help/lead. I have experiences of managers swearing at employees and making personal vendettas and comments about other employees, "Stating I do not like them", and "I'm glad he/she is gone". Not really any benefits to entice engineers to stay at all.

- Lack of work-life balance: Employees experiencing difficulty managing their personal and professional lives due to demanding work schedules and expectations. - High-stress work environment: The workplace is characterized by constant pressure, tight deadlines, and unrealistic demands, leading to increased employee stress levels. - Frequent employee turnover: The company has a pattern of regularly hiring and firing employees, which can contribute to a sense of job insecurity and instability. - Unethical management practices: Managers exhibit behaviors that lack integrity or moral values, potentially creating a toxic work culture. - Inadequate knowledge transfer and documentation: The company does not provide sufficient training, knowledge transfer, or documentation, making it challenging for employees to learn and excel in their roles. - Ineffective team management and arrogant engineering managers: The company suffers from poor leadership, with engineering managers who exhibit arrogance or condescending attitudes, negatively impacting team dynamics and employee morale.
