      The frontline coworkers/People are fantastic. Would bend over backwards to assist.

      Cons

      Leadership at the top is unstable. 3 CEO's in a year, 5 CFO's in 5 years, 2 CSO's in 5 years. As a result no real direction.

      It’s a great place to learn and get your feet wet. There are season employees with a wealth of knowledge always willing to teach.

      Cons

      It’s not a place for long term growth. Career paths are non-existent here. Often the right employees are overlooked for promotions and they hire from outside instead of developing the talent they already have.
