Pros

Job is super easy overall. Easy while going for school or a mom needing a part time job. Don't count on staying long if you're looking to gain more experience and advance as there are no opportunities

Cons

Don't go above and beyond to help the slc store because you definitely won't get paid for your hard work whilst associates who do less and have been there a less amount of time get continuous raises

Pros

The pay for me was pretty good for a first job (7.75 dph with a payraise to 8) And the management was the best part, they were generous, understanding and very helpful every step of the way. I honestly was spoiled there. I got a say so in major decisions, what we ordered and even things like terminations.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate, so if you are unfriendly, don't have a good work ethic, or consistently are late/ needing shifts covered, you're outta there without a second thought.
