The toilets, breakout areas are all very well maintained. 6. You have ample opportunity for lgrowth (learning opportunities are immense). 7. Zero politics company as i experienced till now. Here is a friendly environment. 8. Very supportive senior management, strong HR presence in the organization. Even you can share your thoughts directly to your RM or CEO. 9. Definetly Employees comfort is the main focus and Got a chance to work in a young environment. 10. Good Salary and Respect to each employee and interns.

As it's just a 6 years old startup, there is much more that can be improve here. Although Managment is planning to set up things with time.
