      Pros

      No Pros, want to work 24/7 and not get compensated! Flipt is the company to join. They will eat your bonus and humiliate you in calls like they're one of the biggest PBMs. No wonder they went bankrupt. Thanks to the management and leadership.

      Cons

      They had an amazing dev team, one of the best but the leadership had 0 experience with leadership activities.

      Friendly close-knit team and decent pay

      Cons

      You will not see a more incompetent, arrogant and confused technical management anywhere else. People who have no idea about technology, manage and drive tech initiatives. These are same people who are feted, promoted and are celebrated. Lots of nepotism and kinship. The CTO has surrounded himself with with a bunch of loyalists/close friends ( who happen to be very mediocre ) and every body else's voice is drowned.
