Authentic culture of FloBiz no longer exists after the new folks from Bijus have joined. Very bossy management now and Biased and dirty politics in the system. Founders have no idea what the employees are going through under these new so called leaders. How demotivated they are and a demotivated team will never be able to achieve productivity of the top notch level. Please remember faithful and high performing employees leave cos of the leads they are closely work with.
