      Employee first, growing pains, collaboration station, bring your own ideas to share

      Pros

      -collaborative culture -employee first!! -if you have an idea, it can and will be implemented -open door policy to speak to leadership, who are supportive and HEAR you -re-constructing everything to build a more stable foundation (platform and culture wise) -fun and caring colleagues -office is open for use with snacks and dogs!!

      Cons

      -growing pains and regrowth from a not so healthy culture before the purchase (good things have come out of this though)
