      -Flexible working environment and hours -Great office space (pickleball, golf, axe throwing, ping pong) -Great leadership who have been in this space and know what it takes to be successful

      Cons

      -You're dealing with people (candidates and clients) at the end of the day, so a lot of things can feel out of your control. -Sometimes you have to take calls/meetings after hours if a client needs it -Takes a couple years to really build your business
