      Serious turn around

      Pros

      Unlimited Time off, flex hours, competitive pay increase, competitive pay. Full remote options. Good dental, good eye insurance, 401k matching

      Cons

      Health insurance changes every year, gets worse each year. Resources can be stretched thin resulting in a lot of pressure on where members are split time on multiple projects.
