      Some decent coworkers and you get to learn a-lot while managing projects.

      Cons

      The Ex CEO Mark Lorberbaum was a Huge Loser. Typical Boca idiot. Interfered in the staff's everyday work with Ego Maniac outbursts and a false sense of confidence on understanding the technology.

      Hours, people and benefits are great.

      Cons

      The lack of process offend seems like an after thought, product is always having issues even after being launched, some clients are extremely rude or unresponsive then blame AMs for issues.
