Pros
You are Supposed to get off at 3 on Fridays but rarely does that happen. No other pros to speak of. Very Toxic Culture. Don't work here if your looking for a transparent above the desk communication based environment. That doesn't exist at FX. No 401k.
Cons
Culture is extremely toxic. Executives and compliance are constantly in search of moles within the field branch staff. They always are trying to make Credit Managers and CSR's feel like they have to create drama vs. their direct GM/manager. Executives team doesn't have the calm personality traits to lead this company for the long term. He makes many knee jerk decisions based off of some latest report or some drama the compliance department is creating against a GM that is trying to do the right thing. He doesn't create a cohesive atmosphere between the corporate office to compliance department to the local branch staff. This company constantly makes head scratch decisions in regards to possible accounts that are in trouble. I've seen the company lose hundreds of thousands of dollars with poor loss mitigation tactics.
