Pros

Sell good product brands however, those can be bought from any reputable flooring store.

Cons

Taught to cheat the customer by having 4 different price points, charging tax up to 3 times and pocketing the money. Are forced to tell people that they offer free labor on installation, moving furniture, and lifetime warranty. When in reality it's all built into the price. Made to post fake Angie's list reviews so you can deceive the customer. Also pay customer's who are willing $50.00 to post a positive review. Lifetime warranty on installs is also a big selling point. However, they have only been in business 3 years. Scolding employees in front of others. No real leadership. Constantly humiliated by management. Are paid $500 first week, $300 the second and $100 you're third. I was taken for my third week even though I completed it. Never paid a dime. When asked they said I owed all the low pay they gave me back, even though I had made a couple of large sales. Just a terrible way to treat employees.

Pros

I have been at Floors for Living for close to 6 years and I am so glad I made the decision to do so. Great hours and huge money as long as you put in the effort! Benefits and 401k matching. Love it.

Cons

I have none to speak of.

Pros

They added a level of management that should be terminated. The new level does not follow policy and will make it impossible for you to do your job. The owner does not hold them accountable to the associate or managers. If you need something fixed you have to call the owner. When you work there they will not let you post the truth. The owner will call you to have it removed.

Cons

If you hold them to policy they will terminate you. The owner does not care his company has lost the top 10% of his sales staff. The traffic is way down do to installation not even doing the small stuff. If you don’t give pushback you can have your store look like trash.
