      Pros

      Great place to work! Fun Environment. Bosses that care about their employees. Great infrastructure to work with many different aspects within the company. Stock options for long time employees is very beneficial in getting key stakeholders to "care" about the business and rewards the ones who do.

      Cons

      Sometimes out of touch with whats going on at "ground level". Over think some decisions while not think others through. Not so good benefits/insurance plan.

      Such an exciting work environment to be in, every day really is different. Very family oriented. Owners are very down to earth and compassionate

      Cons

      Work life balance, sometimes it can be very busy and requires scheduled off time to come in.

      its on the beach, paid training, dollar raises, they got a church, plenty of events, paid vacation, over time, its a family business, employees meals, will serve certify

      Cons

      management could be better, famous for quick hire and fire, no growth opportunities, if your not related don't expect much, no teamwork, not nice people, management always changing
