Good amount of time off, but good luck getting the days you want.
Cons
Management is horrific. They will criticize everything about you. Working there was like being back in high school. They will attack your appearance and personality as well as your work style if they don't like it. Training was a joke. Every other day someone quits or gets fired. And don't make a mistake because they will never let you forget it.
