      Toxic micromanagement and descrimination

      Pros

      Literally just that u will get the salary

      Cons

      I joined them as a developer. These guys had literally no documentation and assign anything to develop to add to their current product. Irresponsible technical architect who is never available. Toxic levels of micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Completely non technical scrum master who doesn't understand anything and only want to see all task marked to completion.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. It's really hard to be fired. You could hide in a job there for 20 years and never have to worry about losing your job. Work life balance is pretty good. If you worked 9 to 5, you would be doing more hours than most of IT. 10-3:30 is more the norm.

      Cons

      Very much a good old boys club. You are either a favorite child of a manager/director, or you are out. The culture is really toxic. Promotions are based on who you know and how well you are liked and not on how good you are at your job. Directors brag about getting freebies from vendors and select vendors that give kickbacks.

      the training is too extensive and scattered,once u get to start taking calls, you cant remember anything of systems/processes,and is frustrating..training really obsolete and a waste of time,12 weeks and you arent really hired! you have 4 assesment to pass with 90/100 and a chance to retake it again after u failed first time if you dnt pass second time around u fired

      micromanagement,and some of the seniors have a big ego and treat people like the people dont know how to do their job
