Florida Grand Opera does a great job at staying open despite issues off of the stage.

Cons

At first, this seemed like a dream job to many. This quickly changed after the first couple of weeks. If you enjoy getting talked down to by a boss who has no idea what he is doing and a toxic work environment where you are expected to work well beyond your means, this might be the place for you. Do not apply if you enjoy your current job and work life balance.

the location was close to my home

very unorganized company and staff. don't take precaution with covid-19. don't follow comapany rules.
