I worked there a few years back the medical records manager was a brutal harrasing dictator. She would send harassing sexual emails about employees to all of the department and encourage her team leads when they did the same. She was paranoid and would go as far as to dictate what side of an aisle you could walk on so you couldn't avoid her gaze on your way around the department. When I went to HR with emails that had been passed around and I asked for a transfer it only got worse from there. If you spoke up you were targeted even more. Stay away from this department.
