      Nice client group, working with charity sector

      Cons

      Despite the best efforts of the decent managers, consultants, finance and admin staff, the person that owns the company doesn't believe in compliance, diversity and inclusion, staff training etc and is happy to create a toxic work environment, name call staff etc

      When I first joined we had a great team of people who could fuflfil their job descriptions.

      Cons

      This company was run into the ground by management that cared more about their own life projection than that of the buisness. Won a tribunal case against them for constructive dismissal but conveniently liquidated only to set up under a new name… human led.
