Pros
The crew you work with is great, management team is ok. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and it was quite easy to get hired on with the company.
Cons
Some managers are on a power trip, cold calling, terrible customers sometimes.Sales meeting every day was by and large, annoying. Draw pay was somewhat unrealistic.
