As they continue to grow, the management continues to still be as personable as before. Enjoyable interview process. Great benefits.

Growth = change. Some see as good, some don't. Depends on your personal fit to a company. Either way, not many cons.

Nice break room Decent PTO Pizza Parties if that's your thing

Weak Management in Shipping Manager allowed females to chit chat most of the day while I made sure work got done. NO room for growth. No type of acknowledgement for work being done. Weak pay increase. Extreme favoritism shown to certain people. A lot of talk with little action. Policies constantly changing. A ton of turnover.
