      Pros

      I loved being a consultant. I had the freedom to pick where I went, when it was, and which wines I offered. I loved talking to people about wine and it seemed like a party I got paid for. I always did very well with sales and learned a ton about wine. People in the industry are usually really nice and helpful to each other- lots of networking.

      Cons

      It is NOT a full time job and they state that very clearly. I did work a LOT during holiday seasons, but you have to be careful as a 1099 not to drive so far that gas and tolls are higher than the amount you make.

      Pros

      Part of a great industry - wine! Can genuinely get behind every product they represent, and truly enjoy selling the product to customers. Easy, part time work - can sign up to work events as they become available. Very flexible with other jobs and commitments.

      Cons

      Lacking some organization and inconsistent communication (could just be a specific manager). The employee portal was outdated and not user friendly, but has recently been updated, and improved (although not amazing).

      Pros

      FLexibility of scheduling, and the fact that you actually get educated quite well for a part time job. Work here for a year and you will pass your first level sommelier class blindfolded...wait..you gotta do that anyway. But you do get what I'm saying

      Cons

      Limited outlets which limits how much/where you can work
