There appears to have been several breaks in communication between you and FlowCentric Technologies, as our company:
- does have set policies and procedures in place, which are centrally available on the intranet.
- conducts formal performance reviews twice a year with each employee.
- provides a provident fund, a group life policy, and a health and wellness plan.
- promotes a culture of communication, equality, and respect.
- has monthly recognition rewards, where employees nominate fellow employees.
- has yearly recognition awards, where employees and management nominate outstanding employees.
- encourages an open-door policy for all employees.
Our open-door policy is extended to all employees and management encourages team members to discuss their concerns, ideas, and suggestions with them. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to your line manager, we encourage you to talk to a member of our HR department, or any Director regardless of which department they manage. Our CEO leads by example with his open-door policy, and he appeals to employees to discuss issues with him.
We know that the technology and services industry is very fast paced, and that a role in this industry comes with a great deal of responsibility, which can lead to stress.
