Pros
This company is growing in a fast-paced industry. Working with so many biotech companies is amazing and while there are areas of improvement, individuals can really make an impact here and really get involved in many areas. I've learned so much in a short period of time and the people I work with are very knowledgeable, really nice and happy to help me.
Cons
Like any growing company, there is a lot of change going on and not enough resources to fill in all the gaps. But it is necessary and will help improve things greatly so it is worth the work.
