The CEO is a fair guy. Pay is not bad as well . They pay weekly.
Cons
Very unfriendly staff. Rough. They have the small company culture. Lots of backstabbing ... Veterans in the job tend to hold certain power and won't let you be successful. The turn over is very high over there.
The pay is fair and the work is interesting if your willing to go the extra mile. It's a tight group and you have some power to influence decisions. The location is near good food and parking is great. You work fairly unmanaged.
Cons
There has been zero vision or growth. The employees run the place which felt good at the time but resulted in no real direction or structure . The technology is horrible and the owner is non-existent. Money is just sucked out of the company to fund the owners other adventure and other failing companies.
