Pros

They value continuing education and making sure their employees are up to date on the latest technology. They have a beautiful showroom and seem to give their sales staff the necessary tools to be successful.

Cons

Leadership: They are either uninvolved or skirt along the line of inappropriate behavior. I have unfortunately witnessed firsthand unethical and dishonest behavior regarding the dealings with an employee by management. Sales: Some of the sales staff are very rude and disrespectful towards the designers they are working with. (More than I have seen at any other company). Design: I would not recommend this company to designers who desire a family first work environment. Though they will tell you that it is, it really isn't. It is a better fit for new designers just starting out. Not seasoned designers who have more industry experience and aren't willing to work well over the "required" hours and not be fairly compensated.

Pros

Some of the co-workers, seeing the owner date the marketing manager that is 20+ years younger.

Cons

The Management, lack of knowledge on how a project works, disconnect between the Warehouse and Office Downtown, zero computer software skills.

Pros

Good at what they do - but operations is inefficient. Great design team and installers. Focused workforce and teammates.

Cons

PM's are the stopgap to troublesome process. Long hours many times - not accompanied with a similar amount of shorter days to make up for it. Just normal days, then long days. You'll get calls from installers at 5am, to clients at 6pm. PMs are on a bit of an island, and are forced to be the stopgap measure (firefighters) for bad process, or just being stretched too thin. Pay is ok, but on the lower end of the market ranges
