      Decent pay.. Cud be better. Not enough workers to keep you in work alright.

      Upper hands think they they better than anyone /Hot/ they will try and make you work a Lot of house every week.

      All the overtime you want, whether you want it or not....unless you are a pet.

      Cons

      No pay raises. Safety is not number one. Too many games played by those in charge.

      Not enough thorough training kind of just thrown in shown once and that’s it, if that’s for you then it’ll be perfect!

      Not much really crap pay, 10 cent per year raises don't expect much more than that

      Cons

      2 10 min breaks a day, no pay advancement, crappy environment to work in. Stay away it's really not worth your time to be here. 40 hours a week will =250-280 per week take home.

      The pros of this job is you are automatically guaranteed to a 40 hour work week. Over time is welcomed, steady, and fairly easy work. The pay is decent, enough to make a living.

      Cons

      The cons of this job is we work alot of overtime. sometimes seven days a week. During the summer its very hot, during the winter its mostly cold.

      The People who manage to stay there.

      Cons

      Oblivious upper management, and culture, low pay, condescending and patronizing managers and supervisors. Management team can't make a reasonable profit on operations. Extremely dirty and wet, even in the offices and no AC in most offices because inability to pay for repairs to system.
