Pros

There are no pros in this organization. It will only give you mental trauma. There is nothing new to learn, and compared to industry standards, you will feel stuck, constantly under pressure, and in a toxic environment.

Cons

- Upper management is toxic and, at times, completely clueless. The management lacks even basic knowledge of how things work. - There is no creative liberty. The Operations Manager is the most incompetent. - While joining, HR tells you that the salary will be credited on the 7th of every month, but it never comes on time. It is always delayed by 4–5 days. - HR is unhelpful instead of resolving concerns, they tend to shift blame onto employees. - Management lacks clarity and basic understanding of processes and decision-making. - There are no weekends off only one rotational day off. - There are no holidays on festivals like Holi or Diwali you either have to work or arrange a backup, which is a horrible system. - Extremely poor work-life balance managers are expected to work 13–14 hours daily. - Office politics and favoritism are very prominent, they don't respect any employee they will treat everyone as trash - No creative freedom ideas are rarely valued. - There is a 2-month notice period, and you do not receive your salary during that time. Instead, it is paid later during the full and final settlement, which means you receive your money after around 105 days. This is how employees are trapped. - For every problem, management conducts 2–3 hour meetings and shifts the blame onto you instead of solving the issue. They then target you for raising the concern, and HR supports them in doing so. - Your job title, position, and duties can change overnight from Manager to Executive depending on their mood.

Cons

Everything else is work. Management has no clue what or how to do things. HR solves no issues rather blames you when you ask for solutions. Upper management is toxic, hilariously stupid. People hate each other for no reason. No offs on weekends only one day off that too rotational. No holidays on festivals like Holi, Diwali, you have to work or give your backup. Horrible system.
