FRAUD - Company, CEO & Management as well. DO NOT GO for this company. They are totally FRAUD. Full of POLITICS over there. They hire you on the basis of "HIT & TRIAL method". They use your all skill set then the HR will call you on phone mostly on holidays (Saturday or Sunday) that, Mr. Anshul (FRAUD CEO - Who don't have basic ethics) don't want to continue with you. They hardly bother about your offer letter, ID Card or salary even. Either HR or Fraud CEO will not pick your call if you suppose to connect with them over the phone for account clearance. My suggestion for all job seekers - Please do not waste your VALUABLE TIME & SKILL SET with FRAUD company - Fluper Ltd. I worked there for almost ONE MONTH and gave my 100% effort. However, At the end of the month, HR called me on the phone that Mr. Anshul doesn't want to continue with you. SO PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.... I lost my hope, Enthusiasm, By which I joined the company. MOST OF the OLD EMPLOYEE ARE FULL OF BUTTERING MINDSET ONLY. That is what I face over there. It's better to be a JOBLESS than having a job into FRAUD company.

- They take your original documents I think this much is enough to explain why people don't want to work here. - sallary never on time. - Not a five day job. - No extra pay for extended working hours. - They never follow their policies. - Your orginal documents would not be returned after their promises for several times. - They can fire you when your sallary is due and would not even return your documents. - very bad environment in the company from the upper management. -working conditions not suitable suffocation as AC switched off by management. - Politics by upper management as no Increament. - If I am wrong ask to the employees more than one.
