      The people are fantastic and understanding, and you get to make a difference in children's education. Flexible time off policy. Good hours.

      Pros

      I work on a good team and have learned a lot from them. I also enjoy the books that I get to work on.

      Cons

      The last year has been full of a lack of transparency with changes from upper management that has resulted in low moral. Pay is not the best. Wouldn't consider it livable. No room for career growth.
