      Pros

      I love working with highly supportive team! They really do care about accountability, creating a positive company culture, as well as developing positive relationships with both clients and employees. They encourage individuals to grow within their roles and pursue career goals. Benefits and work life balance is also great. Management is very transparent, highly communicative and really does a great job of including the team in the future goals of Flux.

      None that I have experienced.

      Pros

      - The Flux team is dedicated to your success. - Great pay and great work/life balance. - This company will not burn you out like a lot traditional recruitment firms. - The Flux/BPA relationship is a great combination for pay and work/life balance. - Unfortunately, I had to leave the NW due to medical reasons or I'd still be working with them.

      -The leadership team is dedicated to our success -Opportunities are given to everyone to speak up about how they would like to grow with the company. -Good pay, good work/life balance -This company will not burn you out like a lot of traditional recruitment firms, this is not a "turn and burn" operation. -You can bring your dog to work -Team outings -The company actually cares about it's employees AND contractors

      Cons

      -Sometimes the req loads can get a bit heavy -Its a growing company, so there are growing pains that come along with that.
